Service Description: Geoprocessing service supporting the RSP electronic LOI application. This geoprocessing service processes the uploaded zipped shapefile(s), checking the shapefile(s) to make sure they are valid for the type of LOI being applied for. Polygon geometry and feature attributes are checked, as is spatial reference. Intersection flags are determined against municipality, Pinelands, Highlands, Meadowlands, Threatened and Endangered Species, and NHP grid polygons.
