This data set contains wetland mitigation data graphically presented by mitigation site centroids and corresponding mitigation block and lot information throughout the state of New Jersey. Wetland mitigation sites are projects involving wetland creation, wetland enhancement and/or wetland preservation created for the purpose of providing compensatory mitigation for disturbances to freshwater and coastal wetlands authorized by land use permits. Associated with each location is information on the amount of wetland mitigation required, proposed, completed, the wetland type(s) occurring in the mitigation site and the method used to create the mitigation site. |
