Service Description: The Water Quality Data Exchange (WQDE) data maintains the locations of water quality monitoring stations from NJDEP's COMPASS database. A station is a location at which a data collection event takes place, such a collection of a field sample, measurement of field parameters or evaluation of environmental habitats. The BFBM WQDE stations layer is a subset of the overall WQDE dataset. Only sites for the Bureau of Freshwater and Biological Monitoring are shown.
